Melanie, Partner and head of the Employee Benefits Division, joined W&A in January, 1999.  As a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Shenandoah University, and a former agent for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Melanie has more than 10 years of experience and understanding of this highly specialized field.

Melanie prides herself in giving her customers the highest level of service.  Her dedication, however, does not stop with her clients.  She has an overwhelming desire to be involved in the community and commits her time to such non-profits as the Free Medical Clinic and Blue Ridge Hospice.
