From Route 50 East:
                Coming into Winchester via Route 50 go across Route 81. As you pass the Bob Evans restaurant bear slightly to the right rather than the left. Stay on Millwood Avenue (Route 50) and go past the rescue squad building on the right and a Sheetz store on the left. Go through the 1st light. Keep going, you will pass a McDonald's between the 4th and 5th light. The Handley High School campus will be on your left as you go through the 5th light which will be a Braddock Street intersection.
               
                Go right at the next street (no light) this will be Washington Street (residential section) and keep going straight. Go to the 2nd light, which will be Washington and Boscawen Street and make a right on to Boscawen. There will be an Optical Center on your right as you make this turn. Go through the next light, which will be the intersection of Braddock and Boscawen. We are in a yellow building on the right. We are directly across the street from Grace Lutheran Church. 27 West Boscawen Street.
 
From Route 7 East:

                Coming into Winchester via Route 7 East go across Route 81. As you pass Shoney’s restaurant on your left. Route 7 becomes Berryville Ave. Stay straight on Berryville Ave. You will go through 6 stop lights, at the 7th you will see the Post Office on your right, remain straight – the road makes an S turn to the left and becomes Piccadilly Street, which becomes a one – way street. Stay on Piccadilly, you will go through 3 stop lights starting at Kent Street, Cameron Street, Loudoun Street, then at the Braddock Street stop light, make a Left on to Braddock Street. Go through one stoplight and you will see a Parking Garage on your left, feel free to park there. The next stoplight is Boscawen Street, turn left on to Boscawen, the office is 27 West Boscawen Street. It is a Yellow Brick Building on the right hand side. Parking is limited on Boscawen Street.
